I have favorites. Don't you? In my summer blog posts, or at least until I run out of interesting or clever things to write, I'm gong to share my favorite apps and maybe convince you to try them or use them in a new way.
I'll include some information on "how to" use the app and some tips for using the app for your personal or classroom use. Also, I'll include student examples whenever I can to help illustrate what I'm talking about.
My confession. I do love the iPad and Google Apps for Education. I've picked my top 20 favorite apps to share wisely and if they're not you're favorites, then well, maybe you haven't used the app under the same conditions. That's highly likely, because if you did use the apps the way I did, they'd be your favorites too for sure. Did I mention I love free apps? There are some absolutely amazing free apps, like Google Drive, that out shine similar paid apps. So why pay for it when you can get it for free?
I thought I'd write about which apps were my favorites over the past school year and try to highlight one or two apps in each post. I'm looking forward to writing about them, starting with the free Google Drive app in my next post.
